CACE Refund Policy

Clear, fair terms for cancellations and refunds across all CACE programs.

Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees, if the cancellation request is submitted before the scheduled start date of the program.

Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued. Tuition becomes non-refundable upon the commencement of instruction, as students receive immediate access to proprietary curriculum, digital learning resources, course materials, and instructional content.

Fees associated with third-party training materials, certification vouchers, digital courseware, or other issued resources are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been distributed.

If the Center for AI & Cyber Excellence cancels a program and is unable to provide a comparable alternative, students may elect to receive a full refund or transfer their enrollment to a future offering.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Exceptions to this policy may be considered solely at the discretion of the Center for AI & Cyber Excellence in extraordinary circumstances, including documented administrative error.
