The Center for AI & Cyber Excellence (CACE) is committed to resolving student concerns in a fair, timely, and professional manner.
Students are encouraged to first discuss any concern with the instructor or appropriate CACE staff member to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the student may submit a written grievance to CACE within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
The written grievance should include the student's name, contact information, program enrolled, a description of the issue, supporting documentation, and the requested resolution.
CACE will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within five (5) business days and conduct an impartial review. A written decision will generally be issued within fifteen (15) business days. If additional time is required, the student will be notified.
Students who disagree with the initial determination may submit one written appeal within ten (10) business days of the decision. The appeal will be reviewed by CACE administration, and the resulting decision shall be final.
All grievances are maintained in accordance with applicable record retention and privacy requirements.
Written grievances may be submitted to the CACE team. Our staff will acknowledge receipt within five business days.
